Can you point me to the place in the article where you got that understanding? You're saying that you discard the entire article because you understood it to "equalize Hezbollah and Hammas?" I didn't read anything in the article that even suggested that. Where is it? And because you see the Washington Institute as a 'propaganda outlet' you discard every piece of information? Did you know that Mehdi Khalaji is one of its scholars? So is Ze'ev Schiff. I think that is somewhat balanced...
