Are you saying you want to use the native dialogs for New, or use the New Property/Method tool from VFPX?

If you want to use the New Property/Method tool from VFPX, you can install it on top of PEM Editor, and it will work fine. They are designed to work together in a modular fashion.

Download New Property/New Method 2.01 from VFPX, and just install it.

You will then be using PEM Editor for Edit Property/Method and New Property/New Method when creating New P/M's.

Now if you want to use neither of these, but rather go back to using the native dialogs for New Property/Method actions, then you will need to delete two records from your FoxCode table...

from a command window:

use (_foxcode)

then browse and look for the lines shown in the attached image, and then delete these two lines.
The lines read like this in the Abbrev field of the table:
NEW PROPERTY...
NEW METHOD...

restart vfp

>I have found some issues with the PEM Editor for adding methods to a visual class that is an ActiveX class. It fails on the WriteMethod with invalid object. In these cases I can use the standard PEM editor to add the method; but with the PEM Editor replacement there does not seem to be a way to execute the standard PEM editor. Thanks.
