We are using Visual FoxPro 5.0 and we are making a framework. We are using textboxes which are bound to a table using optimistic table buffering. To check if someone else changed a record on disk before we do we use the GETFLDSTATE(-1)-command. That is working fine. Now if we are changing a record we want to check if the new values are matching the old values we started with without access the table. The problem is that we don't now how to check that. Is there a way to do that? Thank you for your time.
