Yes, it is still the same problem. If this is being done from a PRG, I have the problem. So, to resolve the issue, I use Sergey's code. If I do it from the command prompt, I do not have the problem. And, what I used as a line in the command prompt was a cut and paste from the PRG. There is some kind of setting that controls this.
