This might help - try and see which users are allowed to see the shared drive or folder:

1) Right click the drive of folder

2) Choose Properties

3) Go to Security

4) Add the necessary user groups. As a test add Everyone to the allowed groups of users.

5) Enable all required rights for those groups.
