They all report the same 'Modified' time on my PC (WinXP SP3).

>I was comparing the output between the two methods in our examples. The FDATE(,1) version seems to report a time greater then any of the date time outputs coming from the WSH version. (by the way, I run Vista and VFP9sp2).
