You can set the width of the middle message panel so that you don't have to scroll left and right constantly. If you look to the right above this there is a 'Message view setup". Hover above that for a drop down menu and then choose Select Message Aread Width, then adjust to your desired setting. That way you can keep the Last 10 stuff to the right... which I kind of like.
