There were two local account applications at Turkey ETA and LOGO. ETA was written with C and LOGO was Turbo Pascal at DOS times. LOGO offered Turkey's first stable accounting software with Delphi and ETA lived a hard moving timeline. ETA lost a lost of customers. ETA doesn't have a good stable application yet with C++. They prefer sell DOS version yet because of unstable Windows version.
