Try to disable ant-virus on the server and workstation.

>a problem just started this morning on an app that we have. it was working fine until about 10 then it went south. I can use the file, use it excl as well, have reindex it and everything looks fine. I can also use the view and there are no problems, but when my application tries to use it i get an error saying that it cannot find table.fpt. the fpt is there, there are no table or DB issues that i can find but this is happening on a requery. any thoughts very much appreciated.
