hmmmm... are you storing your emails on the exchange server, or are you pulling them down to a local inbox? I know there is a way to setup outlook so it does that - which is what I've done in the past. Good part of that is that this way you have all your emails locally in that .pst file. The bad side of it is that now all your emails are no longer on the exchange server, so if you want to backup the emails you have to copy that .pst file somewhere. It's been a while since I've done that, and I don't have an exchange server here so I don't think I'll be of much more help...haha
