It's been a couple of years since I worked with the demo so I don't remember. If I recall exactly, the demo has all the functionality of the purchased version but stamps some disclaimer on the pdf if output or displayed. Like I said though, it's been some time so I would go to their site and research the limitations of the demo version. It may be a time limitation (for testing purposes) or a limit of features, or a stamp, etc...
