In the sense that maybe you wouldn't notice the bad punc. and not realise it was a phish, assuming you had no knowlege of the scam, then yes. I assume Lloyds bank would ensure their messages are grammatical, properly punctuated and spelt.

I'm surprised to see one of these, as I haven't for ages. I thought they'd gone along with penis enlargement ads (with their weird "stories" stream of consciousness messages).
