Update to my previous answer: Another solution I hadn't thought of is simply to get the client to buy the LogMeIn Pro subscription and then give you the login credentials so you can access their machines using their LogMeIn account instead of yours.

My original answer was framed from the perspective that the developer would be the person owning the LogMeIn subscription, which is how I've done it in the past. However, if you can get the client to subscribe and pay for it themselves, then they can set it up locally and you can use it remotely.
