This may be a 3.0 problem. I really don't know. Trying to support 2 platforms at once was a little too much for me, so I went directly to (and did not pass GO:-)) 5.0. Hopefully, another UTer will jump in here. The only question that I'd have is did the Image Editor prompt you for which icon to edit? If not, then there's only one icon in the file.
