I guess it's not hung, it's hungover. Now that the king is dead, everyone is supposed to recognize the new king as the one and only, from the same dynasty. Well, few beg to differ. And that seems to be the point - after "you need to look at your options" became reality (just minor disagreements here and there as to when exactly will that look be taken), it's now "what's wrong with dot net? It has everything".

Presently, dot net looks like the thing to do if you buy the hype. But... I've heard so much hype from Microsoft over the years, so much FUD as well, so many dirty tactics (been a victim of that several times), that there'd have to be a real lot of money up front before I'd trust Microsoft again.
