The help for BINDEVENT() Function states, that "certain events such as When and Valid require code in the event for it to occur" but it doesn't provide complete list of such events. The Error(), Destroy(), Init() and Unload() events fall in this category. The bottom line, you can bind to them but the delegate code will never be triggered.
