Looks kinda like a re-hashing of the things that got us into this mess. While they talk about the 'private sector' mostly they are talking about business. As we discovered in 1929 and again here recently, trusting 'business' to do the best thing for anyone other than itself is, at best, a crap shoot.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like the idea of handing out all this money to the various sectors without replacing the 'management' that got them there in the first place. They've proven over and over that they don't learn nothin' from their mistakes. In fact, some have run off and created other businesses that are making money hand over fist from all the bad mortgage paper.
