I'm going to assume that was humor... :o) It was a great play on words anyway :o) I recall Biden making that statement (and the media jumping on it), but I don't remember exactly when it was. I thought perhaps it might have been after Obama won but before he was sworn in. During that period he received daily security briefings - the same information President Bush received everyday.
