>>I think at least 20 teams in the league have a QB problem. There just don't seem to be that many good ones right now. (And I would not include Kurt Warner in the group. IMO most of his success last season was due to having Fitzgerald and Bolton to throw to).

>>Randy Moss did come to the Patriots with a reputation but from everything I have read he has been a solid citizen there.

>>I was not surprised the Cowboys let T.O. go. He tends to wear out his welcome and become a distraction. What I don't understand is why they also released Roy Williams. He has been a Pro Bowler about every year he has been in the league and is only in his late 20s. Seems very strange to me. Of course, anything bad that happens to the Cowboys is fine with me <g>.

>I think we'll have to agree to disagree on Warner. Cassel had Moss and Welter to throw to, and he still looked average-good. I think Warner looked great most of the season and would have been a serious contender for the MVP if they hadn't hit their slow stretch. I'm excited to see him back in Arizona as they seem to be going places.

>Moss had a reputation, but I think a lot of it was blown out of proportion. He wasn't an angel by any means, but it was ridiculous to run him out of town because he pretended to moon after scoring a TD. If Favre had done that everybody would have talked about what a good 'ol boy he is. Speaking of King Cheesehead, has he retired for sure? I haven't kept up much on NFL news.

Yes, he retired. He started out well for the Jets but faded badly down the stretch. He stuck around for that one season too long.
