>>>I am not a Rush Limbaugh fan. Still, I think he is more concerned with policy than Obama the man or President. I understand him to imply that he didn't want socialist policies to succeed. It will be interesting to see if they do. That could really change our future and this country.

>>Nor am I a fan. His concern is with ideology, not policy. So, you're comfortable with letting some drug-addled f**k telling you what socialism is? ;-) http://mediamatters.org/countyfair/200901260022?show=1

>Are you sure you meant to direct this to me? I don't listen to Rush... Or who is the 'drug addled ....' you were referring to? I started watching the flick but it seemed ridiculous to be frank.... it was like two crazies calling each other crazier....

If you had written " he is more concerned with policy than Obama the man", yes. The drug jab is fondly reserved for Rush. And no, it's not crazy to get clear about what a word means when it's being bandied about in polital rhetoric. There is currently an assumption about what socialism is and it is expansively construed and applied to anything one wishes to be dismissive about -- a non-thought contribution after which no more thinking is allowed. So cool. :-) The linked speaker mentioned several policies we have successfully and questioned why these were not included in the rhetoric others assert when dis-ing other policies as 'socialism'. Not crazy at all.
