Not officially, but I know they are big on second round. Traded Winslow to Tampa for 2nd now and 5th in 2010. We've got Quinn, but I'm not sure if Mangini is as high on him as Savage/Crennel were (though, sometimes I think they were just high) Personally I'd like to see us keep him but he'd be an expensive backup. They may try to shop him to the Lions. I think Quinn could become something great with the right system.
