When it comes to printing labels for label pritnters that print one label at a time (Zebra, Dymo, etc.) I just use a standard report with a custom paper size. Also, I have found that cleaning up the .frx manually makes for easier deployment to customers.

I have a .PRG that opens the .frx and cleans recno 1 Expr field and only leaves the ORIENTATION = part.
