ABOUT to fail?

Mexico ranks right up there with Somalia re: having a government, and has a much longer history of being in complete anarchy.

Mexico has been a failure since the 19th century.

I fully understand that many countries are doing better economically than the US right now. Just as many countries don't have a nation about to fail on their southern border like the US does. However, when one considers "by about any measure", i'm be hard pressed to come up with a single country as I'd likely choose to move there. After all economically, everything that's going wrong in the US right now is magnified in California.
