Since installing VFP 6.0 on my machine, along with the MSDN cd, if I am in the command window and type 'help anycommand ' my dialer kicks in, dials MS and finally 30 seconds later, the help screen comes on.

Sometimes the above happens, other times it doesn't.

How do I stop it?
