>>I wonder how this is different than those who stand on corners panhandling and claim all types of woes that are not true (not to disparage those who really have fallen on hard times but there are panhandler scammers out there). And how will the punishment differ than the high rolling scammers on the news?

Just keep in mind that 'Local English' is my first language... :o) (Of course that local English is influenced by my time in schools in Wisconsin, Colorado, Oregon, California, Arizona, Maryland, and North Carolina. -- not to mention my time in various countries :o)

Last night I went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner. The owners and employees are all 'family' from Mexico (not my family, just related to each other 'supposedly'). I had the opportunity to practice my Spanish language skills only to be reminded once again that Spanish spoken by the lower middle class in Mexico can rarely be considered 'Spanish.' Just like Americans speaking English! :o) PC Note: They are my friends so I can insult them :o)
