That makes me feel that there may be a setting somewhere - I don't get scrolling in lower window no matter how "hard" I click first!

I went and played with some settings and got results (on other stuff) that I didn't like, so I reset to defaults.

Man, its a real pain to have to always move the pointer to the scroll bar to scroll!
