I am assuming the following which is on the Install.htm. There is also a ="Y" to enable it.

This was on UT last week and I made both a enableon & off .reg file and 'Merge' them on or off. Doesn't work. I still get the dial up on and off. Sometimes just rebooting will cause my machine to dial when Windows is coming up. This only started after VS was installed.
