The Subscription Panel works fine when you have widescreen monitor. On regular monitor it's impractical.

>Actually... with all of these being optional - we're able to turn them on/off at will, why take both sides of the browser window? The left side is usually occupied only one-third, and the right side only one half. So... putting them all on one side (optional?) would make me change my mind. Presently, my "subscription panel" (which is a serious misnomer - I'm getting my subscription emails annually, I don't need them every time I look at UT... or is it something that only PUTMs can see?... ah, it's the things I have selected to see... but then I have selections elsewhere too so... never mind) us turned off, because I'd have to widen the browser seriously to have my messages area wide enough so I wouldn't have to scroll horizontally to read them, but then some other sites would appear too wide and reading would be as much exercise as watching tennis from short distance.
