I would like to make my VFP 3.0 menus work like
real menus. Just like when you enter VFP the
command box gets the focus and if you press the
ALT key the menu gets the focus.

Say you create a form called customer that is like
the form created by the Wizard. If you run the form
DO FORM CUSTOMER from the command box all is well
but if do the same a menu the form is shown but the
menu still has focus and all events still are with
the menu.

I tried to ON KEY LABEL but no ALT label.
I changed the WindowType to 1 and then can use the
form but if I press ALT I can not get the menu back.
I put READ EVENTS in the CUSTOMER.ACTIVE method and
the form again worked ok but the HELP says that
READ is only for backward comp. and I am tring to
stay away from all commands "included for backwards
compatablity only."

So I really have to problems 1) to put menu infocus
with the ALT key and 2) after DO FORM the form is
infocus.
