You can use the Next (down arrow) button to navigate sequentially through the contents.
The links whill change color as you view them so you do have a sense of where you have been in the file, which is much better than in HLP files.
I don't know if you can write your own webcrawler to start at the top and look for the A HREF tags and traverse through them creating a multigigabyte file in the process.
