It could be stored printer specific info. See Different printer different layout Message #643666 on how to remove it.

But I was able to open a text file in the VFP IDE and print it. I was also able to quickly cobble together a simplified version of the REPORT FORM, execute it from a .PRG in the IDE and the report went to the printer. No idea why this report would print from the .PRG run from the IDE but the application REPORT FORM will not print.
