I had to read this a couple of times to try to understand it. To make sure I do, can you confirm:
- that the account shut down was the new one created yesterday, not Dmitry Litvak's?
- that according to your investigation, you are convinced the new account created yesterday was created by someone previously banned from the UT?
If so, it might be courteous for someone to give Foxite a heads-up, in case they're about to get pranked or "punk'd".
