Sylvain,
I think that most of us are either using a commercial framework (like Codebook or Visual MaxFrame) or have designed our own buttons. As you are seeing, it is difficult to customize the Wizard designed buttons. However, they WILL give you lots of ideas about what you want and don't want on your OWN buttons. Try designing simple buttons first, adding code to take care of various contingencies as you think of them (multiple tables to ADD to, handling child tables that need foreign keys, etc.).
