I must admit, Christof, that if anyone could do this, it would be you. :)
I remember back in 1989, receiving the spec for SCI, an object-oriented language that I would start using shortly. It was the coolest thing I'd ever seen. So naturally, I tried to use OOP in the C programming I was doing. I'd already used polymorphism, via function pointers (without knowing that's what I was doing), but when I tried to implement inheritance, I just couldn't manage it.
I see now that It would've been a lot easier in a typeless language like FP 2.6. :)
However, it still looks too slow--both to program and to run. But yes, you have proven it can be done. :)
