Does this happen with just one site/installation, or is it with multiple sites with different server hardware?

Is the VFP app running on the server, or is the server just storing shared data files? Are the BSODs happening on server, workstation(s) or both?

Userland apps like VFP should not be able to BSOD a computer. If this is with a single site/computer, most likely, VFP is accessing a display driver or other hardware function that is buggy. Check that all hardware drivers are exactly correct for the hardware, up-to-date and preferably WHQL-certified.

It may also be worth testing with real-time antivirus scanning disabled on server, workstations or both.
