UPDATE: I got it: The sytem menu must be enabled.

I've tried
= sys(1500,"_MWI_CASCADE","_MWINDOW")
but didn't function in my application.
I've created a new test application and worked fine.
I thing I've disabled something in my application that
is not allowing this command to work.
