It's funny how you hear the same jokes sometimes, with the target changed. I heard that one about the Italian navy. (Along with many others, such as how many gears are there on an Italian tank? 6, one forward and 5 in reverse. What's the forward gear for? In case they get attacked from behind. Etc. etc. etc.)
