>I have brought this up several times over the past couple of months and keep being told it must be in my system, or something that was fixed when the UT switched to SQL Server. I know it's neither because now when I hit a long delay on the UT, I open a new tab in Firefox and poke around the internet there with no delays. Others have also reported these sporadic slowdowns. Whatever it is, it must be a nasty bug because it still happens.
