I saw on cnn.com earlier today that the Cal. penal system has released a new photo of Charles Manson. A red letter day for us, isn't it? He looks about the same except for being older and with a crewcut. The article mentioned that he has appealed for parole whenever he is eligible and has been turned down every time. I'm not holding my breath on that one....
