Yes.
We have the luck to be in the center o the world (geographically speaking)
and in the route of the optical fibers cable through the atlantic. As we are a nation
of peace (very rare in Africa) and good relations with everybody, we are often
called to join these technological projects (usually at no cost). We are a poor
nation and is often said that the richness of this country is their people.
Indeed, as we have no natural resources we have been investing in education but
many stills to do.
