AFAIK, it's discontinued product.

>FrontPage Express is free, fairly simple to use, and the code it produces is relatively clean. I won't claim it is the cleanest, since I didn't do a lot of comparison here. It has relatively few options, but you can enough of the basic stuff, including the creation of tables, and of course changing different font attributes.
