Wouldn't it be nice if I was completely saved from the horrors of rock'n'roll? If I never saw Brigitte [spellable] but saw War and Peace, if I didn't see Doctor Zhivago but read [unspellable] by Pasternak, i.e. translated straight from Russian? That would have made me a much better person, indeed.
