The funny thing is that my mail (which you quoted) has been sent exactly from "
vulcan@mmi.zalibx.wroc.pl". I'm a user of internet only - so my chances to fix this problem are very questionable.
The only idea which came in my mind is to forward email directed to me to Arnon or Tom - their email goes smoothly to me without "bouncing".

I wouldn't dare to force you to bear any additional costs. As you see we haven't yet gained the civilized world's habits (manual fax) and haven't had a needed techology level (this is probably a inheritance by COCOM restrictions).
I apologize to you for wasting your time and money. It's very sad for me to hear that I live in third world - but I have to face this hard truth.
