I asked Michel to take a look at the private message problem you're having. I had it myself for some time (replies ended up in read messages for some reason), but Michel fixed it.

IMHO after the switch to SQL Server the site operates on much better speed. Anyway, I hope Michel would be able to answer all other of your concerns.
