They had tried three times and said my wife" your card don't give up" so my wife had paid with cash. I found bill, writes "cash" at bill and sent bank and cancelled payment. After that I don't use credit card for small payments.

It is called monthly statement. Usually, I have 4-5 lines there and even then I have to think what it was exactly. I cannot imagine checking 20-30 or more lines that many people get because they use cards to buy groceries.
