Our prisons are filled with drug offenders already. It's probably the biggest reason the prisons are so overcrowded.I heard that all these sorts of problems were because law enforcement is a socialized attempt to stop criminals responding to the free market- IOW doomed to failure like every other commie effort to shut down the purity of expression when human beings are allowed to interact in free and frank exchange of property.
