Laws are on the books now. Illinois has all kinds of new restrictions on young drivers, as do other states, yet the drunk driving and fatalities continue. You know a lot of people think they are invincible at that age.
>Punish those who drink and drive. I have no problem with tolerance 0 (no alcohol in the blood) for a teen below 18 or for those who have less than, let say, a year of experience driving.
