I disagree. I have no problem with zero tolerance for anybody who drinks and drives. I feel sorry for any person who, knowing he's going to be a car, still feels he can't have a good time without drinking alcohol. If drinking is that important, get a cab or a designated driver. I'm a real hardliner on this one.
