You're right.
Here 0-0 is "a nil-nil draw" or "no-score draw"
1-1 is "one all" or "one-one"
Q "How did the team get on?"
A "They drew one-one" or "It was a one-all draw" or "It was one-all"
I suppose to just say "it's a one draw" sounds a bit stilted.
