finally managed to replicate the problem at our end too but still dont see why that happens. we've an option to prompt to choose to printer everytime or user can select a printer as default and we print to that. it is the 2nd option always fails !even report preview also blanks out data.

any ideas on this ? its not printer we are choosing causing this issue bcoz with 1st option same printer works fine !
